Simple all-in-one tank, pump and fittings in one compact package

The PUMP MASTER is manufactured from glass fibre and polyester resin and is a durable tank which can handle hot water and has a bolt down lid with a seal.

The tank has a smooth white finish consisting of isophthalic polyester gel coat and resin enriched lining.

The tanks are fitted out with 32mm (1”1/4) or 40mm (1”1/2) high pressure discharge pipework to suit pump type. A brass swing check valve is supplied which fits external to the tank. A cable gland is fitted for the pump cable to exit the tank.

A carbon activated vent is supplied with the tank if tank cannot be vented to atmosphere. (It is crucial that the tank is vented)

This system can be supplied as a complete package or separately.

Vent and inlets are cut on site to suit. If you require low level inlets into the tank it is recommended that low level floats are purchased (Jung pumps only).

An alarm unit with alarm switch can be used with these systems. If you require an alarm unit please let us know, our engineers are experts in providing monitoring systems to alert you of any problems with your waster water system before or as soon as they arise.

Please note: These systems are not sewage disposal units and cannot be used with toilets

Waste water pump installation

Installing commercial waste water pumps is a crucial step in ensuring the proper functioning of a business’s plumbing and drainage system. Our PUMP Master pump systems are responsible for transporting waste water and sewage away from buildings and into the proper treatment facilities.

We can arrange FREE of charge site visits to put together a package to suit the needs of all customers

For domestic, commercial and industrial installations, full surveys are undertaken and we can specify works and equipment exacting to your needs.

Whether your waste water system is in need of a full pump system package, spare pumps and parts, control panels and floats contact us today to book a survey.

The installation process for commercial waste water pumps typically begins with a thorough assessment of the existing plumbing and drainage system. This includes identifying any potential issues or challenges that may need to be addressed before the pumps can be installed. Once the assessment is complete, the pumps will be carefully selected and sized to meet the specific needs of the building and its usage.

The installation itself is carried out by our team of experienced and licensed professionals. They will ensure that your pumps are properly connected to the existing plumbing and drainage system, and that all necessary safety measures are in place. This may include the installation of alarms and monitoring systems to alert building staff in the event of a problem or failure. Once the installation is complete, the pumps will be tested to ensure that they are functioning properly and that all connections are secure. Our team will also provide instructions for operation and maintenance to ensure your system performs as expected, all year round.

Waste water pump servicing

Waste water pump servicing

At Flow Free Services, we understand the importance of maintaining a properly functioning commercial waste water pump system. Regular servicing and maintenance is crucial for ensuring that these systems continue to operate efficiently and effectively, preventing costly repairs and downtime.

The PUMP Master system has a 6 month maintenance schedule

Some pump sets may need extra visits for cleaning depending on the usage and our engineers can advise on how many visits per year are required as a recommendation during assessment of your exact requirements. We ensure the maintenance schedule will keep your system running smoothly and safely.

A well-maintained commercial waste water pump system is essential for the health and safety of both building occupants and the environment. These pumps play a critical role in removing waste water and sewage from a building, and if they are not functioning properly, it can lead to serious health hazards and environmental damage. Regular servicing and maintenance helps to identify and address any potential issues before they become major problems, keeping your pump system running smoothly.

Regular maintenance also helps to extend the life of the pump system and reduce the need for costly repairs or replacements. Our team of experienced technicians will conduct a thorough inspection and cleaning of the pump system, checking for any wear or damage and making any necessary repairs or adjustments. We will also check the system’s electrical and mechanical components, ensuring that they are functioning correctly and efficiently.

In addition to regular servicing, our team is also available for emergency repairs and maintenance. We understand that pump system failures can happen at any time and can cause significant disruption to your business operations. Our team is available 24/7 to respond to any emergency situations and quickly get your system back up and running.

Advanced floats for critical applications

Flow Free
TECNOPLASTIC – FLOAT SWITCH

Unlike traditional floats that float on the water’s surface, the taurus level switch, thanks to its special construction of an integrated counterweight, remains under water.

The taurus has three watertight chambers meaning it is very robust and reliable in critical applications.

Used alone or in multiples, minimum and maximum levels/high and low alarm outputs can be maintained and adjusted easily.
